Rezetto has two shipping speeds available. The shipping speeds shown are dependent on those made available by the seller. If you do not see a particular shipping speed available at check out, the seller of the item has not provided it. Our expedited shipping rates are as follows:

For the Standard shipping method, the order should arrive within 10-20 business days, as for the Express shipping method, the order should arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. When calculating the expected delivery time, please take into account the processing time as well as the shipping speed which is included on the shipment page in checkout. Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.
The fee for the shipment depends on the weight of the order. You will be informed about the shipping charges during the checkout process.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please leave your email at checkout so we can update you about your order status.
If you ordered the wrong product you can cancel it within 3-5 days after purchase. The reason is that during this time period the order is still being processed and has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that once the order is dispatched there is no way to cancel it. We do not recommend returning products to our warehouse because the shipping cost is high, and usually, it takes at least three months to be replaced. Most of the products are liable to be damaged or lost on the way during their shipment.
